Water Master WIP

Looks a little faded atm, and no, he will not be wearing pants. That bit will be under water. ... Well, partially. Also need to add in his necklace, otherwise his abilities wouldn't exist.

See, elementals in my world, they need stones of their element to be able to manipulate and control it. And their powers are increased when surrounded by their element. There's also many more elements than just the four most common. There's also electricity, darkness, light, and ice. Vincent's obviously a water elemental.

Yep, I'm back at it and have a ton of projects to work on! Now let's see if I can do them all!
